West Coast Pilates and Health is a boutique studio catering to clients of all ages and fitness levels. We offer small group classes (max 4), semi-private sessions, and private training. Our goal is for all clients to reach their movement potential whether returning from injury and looking to restore daily function, or improving athletic performance.

Since 2001, West Coast Pilates and Health has been BC's first and only STOTT PILATES teacher training and education/certification facility. In addition to STOTT PILATES, we also offer ZEN·GA™ and Total Barre™ courses/workshops and other 'inspired movement' workshops.
STOTT PILATES is an anatomically based approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates in the 1920's. It incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles to improve core strength and balance the muscles around the joints to improve the way your body functions, looks and feels. Focus is placed on effective breathing patterns and precision and control of all movements for heightened body awareness.
