Payment: Visa, MC, Cash, Cheques
West Coast Pilates requires 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re a private session, otherwise you will be charged in full for that session. Welcome Packages are prepaid only. Group classes are pre paid only per 6-8 week sessions. Private and Duet clients pay at the end of each month.

What to Wear
Comfortable form-fitted attire, no shoes required.

Injuries and Limitations
It is the client`s responsibility to disclose information regarding the physical limitations or medical conditions to their instructor.

Holidays
No Classes will be held on Statutory Holidays, unless specifically announced.
