Reformer and Mat Foundations
Introductory class to learn the “building block” Mat and or V2 Max Reformer exercises of STOTT PILATES (55mins) Express (45mins)
Pure Mature
For those 55 + who wish to improve posture, balance and coordination in an enjoyable group setting. Mat based exercises with the use of small apparatus. (55mins.)
Private Classes
For this wishing to address specific postural challenges, enhance specific sports activities or enjoy learning/moving in a private setting. (55mins.)
Duet Classes
Share a class with a friend or co-worker and enjoy a personalized program full of variety and challenge using a wide range of apparatus. (55mins)
