CERTIFICATION POLICIES
Enrollment
- All Applications must be sent to our Headquarters-Victoria Locations.
- $200.00 non-refundable deposit must accompany certifications applications. This deposit reserves a space in the course.
- All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- All Payments due 3 weeks prior to course start date.
- Course fees do not include taxes, course material, exam fees or Private sessions.
- We will notify applicants of admission to the course/workshop within 5 business days of receipt of application.
- Applicants are expected to attend all hours of course they have applied to. Any missed hours must be made up through private sessions. $75/hr.

Course Cancellation
If a course cancels, you will have the choice to transfer to another course or be given a full refund.
Withdraw for a course
- You must submit a email or a letter to request withdrawal from the course to or mail to #102-1001 Cloverdale Ave Victoria BC V8X 4C9
- Full refund of course fees will be given 14 days prior to course start dates less the deposit. Deposits are non-transfererable and non-refundable.
- Medical reasons, each case is dealt on an individual basis.
